Just keep asking questions…and then REPEAT.

Dale Carnegie mentioned in his book How to win friends and influence peoplethat when we should show genuine interest in people, it will be way easier to make friends.
So, start to show genuine interest in the people you converse with:)

Remember your target audience and your branding. The voice of your social media should reflect the voice of your brand.

T: Transparent and truthful

Always.

A: Authentic

Be REAL and HUMAN. People are interested to communicate with other PEOPLE and not ROBOTS.

F: Foolish

Don’t be foolish on social media. Don’t invite questions nor challenges. You never know when a weird outlier would take up the offer and shoot you a weird challenge.

F: FUN!

Have fun, be real. Social media is NOT just a job. Its a responsibility. To your brand and your current customers.

Post interesting and insightful content. We are emotional beings, strike the interest and emotions of your audience. Note that what interests you may not be what interests your audience. Get to know your audience!

A: Available

Be available. Social media involves being SOCIAL. Being social does not only take place from 9-5. Always be available, and respond to your audience. Don’t let your audience feel like they are talking to a wall.

L: Listen> Talk

Provide great content, and then LISTEN. Conversation is a two way process.
